Summary

The under-18 age warning in registration basic-info-step is wrapped in mat-error / form-field error plumbing, so the @if template node stays hidden until the control’s form-field errorState is true. Users may not see the under-18 copy when the UI only toggles a signal without putting the field into error state.

Found by

Wave 6 coverage tick 9 a3 (fe4b4601) — characterized via signal+emit asserts in the render suite.

Expected

Under-18 guidance should be visible when the age condition is met (e.g. mat-hint / plain alert), independent of Material errorState, or the field must enter errorState whenever that condition is shown.

Resolved in spikersoft-angular PR #819 (merged to master). basic-info-step under-18 MatError shows with the form-field errorState. Closing.
