Why

The changelog review found five installed packages with zero imports — each one adds install time, lockfile churn and upgrade surface every refresh:

@angular/elements 0 imports
@angular/platform-server 0 imports; no SSR build target
@angular/ssr 0 imports (one comment mention)
@angular/pwa schematic-only package; ngsw is wired via @angular/service-worker
@vitest/browser-playwright no vitest config uses browser mode; every project runs jsdom; only mentioned in package.json, lockfile and a pnpm-workspace.yaml comment

Acceptance criteria

  • re-grep each (imports, project.json executors, schematics, configs, scripts) before removal
  • remove from package.json, update the lockfile and the pnpm-workspace.yaml comments
  • lint / typecheck / test-all / app build / build-storybook green
