projects/spikersoft/project.json ~L210, under the serve target:
"options:":{
The key has a stray trailing colon, so Nx treats it as an unknown property and ignores the whole block — the serviceWorker and external dev-server settings in it have never applied. Found during the 2026-10-02 dependency changelog review.
Fix
Rename to "options", then verify nx serve spikersoft still behaves as intended (does the dev server now register the service worker? is that wanted locally? are the external deps right?). Adjust the values, don't just un-ignore them blindly.
Consider a lint/CI check for project.json keys ending in :.
Size: XS. Related: the "move serve off @angular-devkit/build-angular" ticket touches the same target.

## Bug
`projects/spikersoft/project.json` ~L210, under the `serve` target:
```json
"options:": {
```
The key has a stray trailing colon, so Nx treats it as an unknown property and **ignores the whole block** — the `serviceWorker` and `external` dev-server settings in it have never applied. Found during the 2026-10-02 dependency changelog review.
## Fix
- Rename to `"options"`, then verify `nx serve spikersoft` still behaves as intended (does the dev server now register the service worker? is that wanted locally? are the `external` deps right?). Adjust the values, don't just un-ignore them blindly.
- Consider a lint/CI check for project.json keys ending in `:`.
