Steps to Reproduce
1. Navigate to C# Lesson 3
2. Read the lesson content
3. Notice that only the introductory section is translated to Spanish
4. The remainder of the lesson body is entirely in English

Expected Output
The entire lesson content should be translated to Spanish, consistent with the platform's language setting.

Actual Output
Only the introduction is translated. The rest of the lesson � explanations, code comments, instructions � remains in English.

Suggested Priority
Medium � functionality is unaffected, but the learning experience is degraded for Spanish-speaking users who rely on full translation.

Additional Notes
Same incomplete translation issue as Lessons 2, 4, and 5. Likely affects the entire C# course.
