Split from P7 (#353, closed) — the remaining educational-content piece of epic #346: a lesson/section in the shared playground shell ("How game studios build a character: the pipeline you just used") linking each Art Studio stage (concept → model → texture → rig → animate → export) to the concepts, using the student's own asset as the worked example, coordinated with the Playgrounds content layers (#326/#327 patterns). Also the natural home for pointing students from the lesson to /tools/(tools:art-studio) and to the hex-tower-defence "use your asset" flow (#120).
Content-authoring heavy rather than code-heavy; no platform blockers.
