[Art Studio UI] Generate composer parity — git-rail stage editor + batch/continuous/coverage #385

Epic #382. Bring art-prompt-composer up to Eric's generate-drawer depth.

Scope: Extend libraries/features/art-studio/src/lib/art-prompt-composer/*: a vertical git-rail per-stage editor (one node per concept→modeling→texturing→rigging→animation→export→enrichment) with auto/manual/skip badges, expandable per-stage config, model/method selectors (mirror Eric's MODEL_CATALOG), presets + projects, and Generate 1 / Batch / Preset Batch / Continuous / Coverage Matrix modes → ArtStudioService submit (api/artstudio). Reuse the existing W1 StageMethodOptions/W2 preset domain already in the backend.

Type: screen. Deps: #384 (theme).
Port vs tweak: port the flow; tweak Material forms + our submit API.
Test: composer builds each mode's payload correctly (unit); Playwright compose flow.
