Epic #382. New analytics screen mirroring Eric's /metrics.

Scope: A dashboard reading api/artstudio/metrics (#389): stat cards (Total Assets, Active Work, Review Backlog, Accept Rate, Avg Quality, Avg Cycle Time), Stage Timing, Throughput/Daily, Event-Type + Asset-Status breakdowns, Recent Failures, Processing Burndown. Bundled charting (no CDN); both themes.

Type: screen. Deps: #384 (theme), #389 (backend read-model); shares the charting component with #390.
Port vs tweak: port; tweak our tokens + bundled charts.
Test: cards + charts render from a stubbed metrics payload; Playwright metrics-screen smoke.

✅ Merged to master via spikersoft-angular#132 (576fcc9). Metrics dashboard (/admin/art-metrics, staff-gated, bundled-d3, consumes the #389 metrics endpoint, graceful degrade) landed.
