Parent epic: #515. Blocked by Phase 3 soak (≥1 month with all six stacks cut over).

  • Remove the legacy spikersoft-artpipe-processor:latest build from .gitea/workflows/spikersoft-artpipe-processor.yml; delete the old all-in-one Dockerfile path.
  • Retire /mnt/fusionio/spikersoft/art_pipe on SERVER (archive first).
  • Docs: docs/4090-burst-node-runbook.md — delete the clone+bootstrap provisioning step, replace with optional image pre-pull; README stack table; docs/minio-storage-migration.md — art_pipe "deliberately not bucket material" row becomes "superseded by baked per-model images"; stale "bootstrap the venv" comments in backend appsettings/logs.
  • Run the acid test and record it: move artpipe-gpu label to 4090 with no checkout — all stacks healthy on pull alone (closes the #501 failure class).
  • Close/annotate: #455, #501, #432, #425 (Windows/local-dev parts may stay open).

Migrated as part of the umbrella-tracker breakup.

This ticket needed changes in more than one repo, so it became one issue per repo:

Verified 2026-08-07. Nothing has been done on either side: .gitea/workflows/spikersoft-artpipe-processor.yml:113-123 still builds/pushes/inspects the legacy :latest tag (and :594 references it again), both Dockerfile and Dockerfile.model are present, docs/4090-burst-node-runbook.md:77-81 still says clone-and-bootstrap, docs/minio-storage-migration.md:55 still describes the live fusionio checkout, and the infra README.md stack table at :282-284 still calls deployed stacks "Authored, pending ...".

One thing worth carrying forward: the acid test is now much cheaper than when this was written — docker service inspect spikersoft-artpipe-modeling_artpipe-modeling shows Mounts = only /etc/timezone and /etc/localtime, so the primary lane already runs with no art_pipe checkout at all.

Both children record the gate: Phase 4 is blocked on the Phase-3 soak, which has not started (spikerj/spikersoft-infrastructure#192).

Status: not started, and deliberately blocked.

Closing here. Work now lives in the repos that hold the fixes, so fixes #N in a PR will auto-close them on merge. The umbrella tracker keeps cross-repo epics only.
