[ArtPipe] Baked images Phase 4: cleanup — retire legacy image/bind, runbook + docs, acid test (epic #515) #520

Parent epic: #515. Blocked by Phase 3 soak (≥1 month with all six stacks cut over).

  • Remove the legacy spikersoft-artpipe-processor:latest build from .gitea/workflows/spikersoft-artpipe-processor.yml; delete the old all-in-one Dockerfile path.
  • Retire /mnt/fusionio/spikersoft/art_pipe on SERVER (archive first).
  • Docs: docs/4090-burst-node-runbook.md — delete the clone+bootstrap provisioning step, replace with optional image pre-pull; README stack table; docs/minio-storage-migration.md — art_pipe "deliberately not bucket material" row becomes "superseded by baked per-model images"; stale "bootstrap the venv" comments in backend appsettings/logs.
  • Run the acid test and record it: move artpipe-gpu label to 4090 with no checkout — all stacks healthy on pull alone (closes the #501 failure class).
  • Close/annotate: #455, #501, #432, #425 (Windows/local-dev parts may stay open).
