The /tools/(tools:command-line) tool (Common Commands Helper) is being removed entirely: route, tools-shell tile, menu-bar entries (desktop + mobile), the dev-tools-common-commands-helper library, tsconfig path mappings, e2e route-manifest entry, and all i18n keys (main en/es, devTools scope, i18n patch files).
