The /tools/(tools:command-line) tool (Common Commands Helper) is being removed entirely: route, tools-shell tile, menu-bar entries (desktop + mobile), the dev-tools-common-commands-helper library, tsconfig path mappings, e2e route-manifest entry, and all i18n keys (main en/es, devTools scope, i18n patch files).

Done. spikersoft-angular#602 removed the tool entirely — verified on master:

  • libraries/features/dev-tools-common-commands-helper/ is gone
  • no /tools/(tools:command-line) route, no tools-shell tile, no menu-bar entries (desktop or mobile), no tsconfig path mapping, no e2e route-manifest entry, no commonCommandsHelper i18n keys

The only surviving mentions are historical: TEST-AUDIT-LOOP.md (an audit log recording the smoke-spec deletion) and scripts/patch-common-commands-catalog.mjs, a one-shot i18n patch script that is now dead scaffolding — worth deleting on the next housekeeping pass, but neither ships.
