[Angular] TS 7 prep: drop baseUrl from tsconfig.base.json and remove ignoreDeprecations: "6.0" #1164

Why

baseUrl is deprecated in TS 6 and is a hard error in TS 7. We currently hide the warning with ignoreDeprecations: "6.0".

What changes for us

  • tsconfig.base.json:15 — "baseUrl": "./". paths resolve relative to the tsconfig without it; check whether entries need a ./ prefix (they're written libraries/...).
  • Remove ignoreDeprecations: "6.0" from tsconfig.base.json (~L140), tsconfig.json, projects/spikersoft/tsconfig.json — and any other per-project tsconfig that carries it — once nothing else needs it.
  • Note e2e route-coverage ts-node invocations also pass ignoreDeprecations (see local CI repro notes).

Acceptance criteria

  • nx run-many -t typecheck, lint, test-all, app build and build-storybook green with no TS deprecation warnings
  • no ignoreDeprecations left (or each remaining one justified in a comment)
