Epic #382. Bring the asset grid up to Eric's pipeline-dashboard density + filtering.

Scope: Extend art-asset-card / art-asset-library: status/kind/quality badges, animated/turntable-GIF hover previews, per-status action sets, dismiss-on-hover, load-more, and a search + status/kind/tag chip filter bar whose state is URL-synced / deep-linkable (Angular Router query params). Keep existing open/cancel/restart-from-stage/delete/download actions.

Type: screen + shared UI. Deps: #384 (theme).
Port vs tweak: port the UX incl. deep-linkable filters; tweak Material chips + our router.
Test: filter state round-trips through query params (unit); Playwright grid+filter walk.
