[Art Studio UI] Curation & review visual alignment #392

Epic #382. Align our curation surfaces to the studio theme + Eric's curate journey.

Scope: Restyle art-review-queue + art-gallery-moderation to the studio theme (#384): quality-score coloring, per-status batch clear, approve/reject curate actions, candidate/approved/rejected chips. Keep our student-gallery + staff-safety-review semantics (this is our shape, not a 1:1 of Eric's library curation).

Type: screen. Deps: #387 (library grid).
Port vs tweak: mostly SpikerSoft-specific (student gallery + safety review), themed to match the studio; fits Eric's curate flow.
Test: curate actions + quality coloring render; existing moderation guards intact.
