docs: mission revamp — education-first identity, families + sponsorship kept acf01598ef

Intro + closing tagline now match the canonical mission (technology,
hands-on learning, entrepreneurship, science, real-world skills; beyond the
traditional classroom), with the family-together framing and sponsor-funded
journeys preserved. 'Boy Scouts meets Geek Squad' flavor line evolved to
'Part classroom, part workshop, part expedition.'
